Corries Paula Lane joins a record breaking 1400 women around Runher 9.10.11
Paula Lane, Coronation Streets finest, thanked all the Runher gang for a brillant NI welcome. Paula had a ball and throughly enjoyed pacing herself around the beautiful Stormont course. Paula was actually one of the 10kers
who thanked our Runher team for making the route 9k, welcome relief after spending the previous very busy week moving house from London to Manchester. We assured Paula that it was a one off mistake and that it will be business as usual i.e. the full 10k, the day next time our Corrie star is in town.
*10km results have been adjusted so that times reflect the fact that 9km was the distance actually covered by the majority.
Champion Challenge: Well done to all 25 teams for a fantastic effort and participation in Runher 9.10.11.
Our top 3 teams each recieved a signed certificate from Dame Mary Peters and Corries Paula Lane celebrating biggest team turnouts on the day. Unislim won the Champion Challenge Cup for largest team. Runher after all is all about encouraging participation and Unslim led the way! Big well done to Natasha and the Unislim team.
Champion Challenge Team leaders: we hope you like your £80 Runher goody bags as a thank you for bringing your teams to the Runher starting line.

Finally, a message from Darren Fowler from Cash 4 Kids...
"Thanks to a record breaking 1400 women who made it round the stormont course, some 130 children in the Dash for Kids and not forgetting our special Olympians from North Down who started the first run of the day. We made it past 1500 runners and walkers in all events. We truly hope that the everyone has some great memories to take home! Sorry that many of you now have 9k PBs. We know that in the Olympic year that is 2012, these will be Runher 10k PBs in 12 months time."
