5K and 10K Route Information

We can’t wait for the first ever Belfast Telegrah Runher 5K Coastal Challenge! The 5K ladies will be the first to cross the brand new bridge and make their way along the coast to Crawfordsburn Country Park.

The addition of the bridge means there are no steps to climb on the course, so to ensure an accurate race distance there is a slight course change at the start - with a snake-like meander through Seapark.

The 5K route does NOT include Heartbreak Hill just before the finish, this will be the last challenge of the 10K course only.

There will be toilets available at both 10K and 5K start locations as well as the finish at Crawfordsburn Country Park.

A water station will be situation just before half way point of the 10K event as well as the race finish courtesy of Water Within.
