RACE INFORMATION / UPDATED TUESDAY 1st OCTOBER 2013
RUNHER ONLINE ENTRY IS NOW CLOSED AND RACE NUMBERS ALLOCATED (therefore switching events is now not possible).
Late Entry for this event is still possible at Pack Collection at Pure Running, Belfast at the times indicated below (£20 cash/cheque, no t-shirts for late entrants).

BELFAST TELEGRAPH RUNHER 5k & 10k RACE TIMES & INFO for Sunday 6th October:
Race Day Times:
9am to 1pm: Final Pack Collection or Enter on the Day (£20) Please enter online before midnight on Monday 30th September for £18 race entry.
1.30pm Kids Fun Run - FREE
1.45pm - Official Warm Up with Cool FM Roadshow
2pm- 5k Start
2.02pm with 5k Walk
2.30pm - 10k Run
Please give yourself lots of time to be at the start line as there will be thousands of people at Stormont Estate. There will be a bus running between the main car park and our official Race start. There will be lots more Race Day Info in a final E Newsletter which you will receive pre - event (and updated here)
WATER ON THE RUNHER COURSE
There will be a change in where water is available on the Stormont course this year.
Instead of being at the Massey Avenue gates, it is moving to Prince of Wales Avenue at the
U turn. This is pretty much at half-way for the 5Kers and 2.5K and 7.5K for the 10Kers.
Water will also be available as usual at the start and finish.
PARKING/SHUTTLE BUS AT STORMONT
There is parking on Sunday in the top car-park adjacent to Parliament Buildings and the Runher start.
It will be on a first come first served basis.Thereafter, you should park in the Castle Buildings car park at the bottom of the hill. A Translink bus will operate from Castle Buildings from 11am to 2pm to take participants up to the start. And, from 3.30pm to 5pm to take people back down again.
All access to the event is through the Stoney Road entrance which will be open from 9am until 6pm.
E-NEWSLETTER: There will be a Belfast Telegraph Runher E Newsletter sent out to all entrants (who have supplied a valid email address ) *UPDATED* All entrants will each recieve this E Newsletter by midnight on Wednesday 18th September, if not before. This will contain event information and the first of our Runher exclusive offers in conjunction with Pure Running www.purerunning.co.uk
RUNHER RACE PACKS & T-SHIRTS: All race packs for this event must be collected at our official Runher Pack Collection at Pure Running, Wellington Place, Belfast on: Thursday 3rd October (10am to 8pm), Friday 4th October (10am to 5.30pm) and Saturday 5th October (9am to 5.30pm) - in addition to 9am to 1pm on race day itself at Stormont Estate. We highly recommend that you collect your Runher race number, T-shirt and goody bag at one on the 3 days at Pure Running as there may be large queues preceeding the main events. Due to event logistics we have to close Pack Collection sharp at 1pm on Race Day.
PLEASE NOTE AS REGARDS PACK COLLECTION: We will NOT be handing out packs BEFORE the days and times advertised above. Please bring your paypal event confirmation email with you to collect your event t-shirt, race entry and Runher goody bag. As an alternative, you can also use your E Newsletter with your valid email address as proof of entry. You can collect a friends pack or other team members - if you have each persons details and official paypal conformations.

RACE ENTRY: Entry for these events - 5k Run,10k run and 5K Walk is £18 - (Our special EARLYBIRD price of £10 for the first 100 to enter - This SOLD OUT in the first 6 hours on Monday 27th May.) Online entry closes at midnight on Monday 30th September. You can still enter on Race Day and at Pack Collection at Pure Running - entry fee wil be £20 here.
Entry fee = your race entry,chip timing (if selected), Runher event technical t-shirt and our Runher goody bag. Entry fee is non-refunable. We are happy to switch your entry to a friend/family member if you are unable to take part.
Champion Team Challenge- This is open to charities, sporting clubs,gyms, workplaces, a group of friends or family or a common cause which brings you all together as a team. We will be giving away Luxury Runher Goody bags worth £80 for any champion/team leader who recruits a team of 10 or more. However, no matter how small your team, come along, wear your colours, set yourselves a running or fitness goal for 6th October and join us for our flagship Runher event of 2013!
Already, we have teams entered from many of the local charities (and raising vital funds), local businesses, schools, sports clubs, running clubs, running groups and gyms. Do you or your group want to walk or run our Runher event - everyone gets event race packs while those making it happen/pulling their teams together, will love their extra special luxury Runher goody bag!! Team Challenge: Who is going to be the biggest and best team to take part at Belfast Telegraph Runher Stormont Series? Wear your own t-shirts, run vests or colours and be seen on the day. Belfast Telegraph - NIs leading newspaper will be there on the day covering the event with lots of pictures and stories in the following days paper. Will your Runher team be featured?? It could be you!
