COURSE UPDATE:

Our route for October’s Runher has been confirmed!  Starting on Prince of Wales Avenue again and passing the main Stormont buildings on your left to come down a long downhill stretch past Stormont Castle and back to the finish line at Prince of Wales Avenue.  Check out the route map to plan your run!

The event will be inside the beautiful Stormont Estate - run in a safe, friendly and fun atmosphere. While some of the paths can be a little tight with numbers, we feel that this is preferable to running in traffic next to cars and lorries at our side.

We are always looking at ways to make the course and event better for all - thank you for your feedback and we will do our best to take this on board and action where humanly possible. We know that there are some hills (!!) on the course  but the general feedback is that once you are home and glass of wine (sorry, cup of tea) in hand, the achievement feels all the better !!!!

The route is an accurately measured 5k course so those of you doing the 10k get to see it all twice!
